ADM Constructive Dismissal - what to do next?
Being pushed out after 5 years — need advice
I'm a Systems Analyst and have worked at ADM for the last 5 years. Over that time, ADM's vendors have changed — initially TCS and Accenture, and after they left, LTIMindtree (LTIM) took over.
My Team Lead (RT) has a childhood friend (VN) who he wanted to bring into my role. Since I've been in this position for 5 years, there was no actual vacancy — so RT ran what I believe was a sham interview process and recommended LTIM bring VN on board, effectively positioning him to replace me.
Since then, all my regular work — incidents, tasks, and project assignments — has been taken away. I've been explicitly told not to touch any of it. On top of that, my TL has put me on an "improvement process" and is rejecting every suggestion I make, even basic system improvement ideas.
It feels very clear that this is a deliberate push to either get me to resign or make my position redundant.
I raised this with HR, but they weren't much help. I went through the formal grievance procedure, but I'm essentially back to square one — still facing the same treatment.
Now it's escalated further: my Delivery Manager and TL appear to be aligned against me, and I've been put into "informal discussions" where they're scrutinizing my exact hours — the full 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week.
I'm not sure where this is heading or what my next move should be. Any advice on how to protect myself here — documentation, next steps, escalation options — would be really appreciated.
