NowServing App - Test Call

hi! it's my first time to have an online consultation using this app. the "test call" button is working but once im in it, it just keeps loading tips. it wont get to the actual tips or me testing the camera and the mic. pls help! im scheduled for later tonight na po. thank you so much.
