Want recommendations of dermatologist in Bangalore for back acne and marks

I've had back acne easily from 5+ years, initially consulted a few local dermats - swallowed pills and applied creams, most of them told its due to puberty and will go away by itself.

There were no changes seen at all so eventually i gave up

I really want to get rid of the marks present all over my back and spread to my arms
