MRA import rules going crazy

So i tried a 'bundle deals' with aliexpress to see how it goes with MRA new rules , and I was not even expecting that... i ordered 8 items low value between 2 to 8 dollars . Celero sent me 9 invoices , 1 with all the items value added and VAT calculated on it + rs 300 brokerage fees + macs + MRA rs150 and the 8 other were one for each item of Rs 265 (rs 150 mra + 115 Celero) . So they do the old and the new system together... so for a bundle of around Rs 2000 total Celero (and MRA) are requesting 8 x rs265 + rs 667.5 so a total of Rs 2787.5.... I refuse to pay and told them to send it all back. All small hobbies are dead thanks to these new rules.
