I have two problems. (I am unable to login Faceit Support Page)

First, I can't log in to the FACEIT support page; it says an error occurred and never lets me log in.

Secondly,

According to Faceit's ban policies, the penalty for "stream sniping" was set at six months due to changes introduced in Season 9. However, since I received this ban during Season 8, I was penalized with the 6-month term before Season 9 had even arrived.
