does anyone else feel nothing after they drop a tape?

I feel like after i drop all of my emotions are just completly gone idk what it is? When im making the music I have so many emotions and it feels like "Life" is something im experiencing but then once i drop i feel like im just empited out I dont get it i know it will pass as it has before but why is it like that?
