BPI converted 128,000 points instead of 48,000. Help!

Hi guys! Need some advice. 😅

I requested BPI to convert 48,000 points to Mabuhay Miles, but they ended up converting 128,000 points instead. 😭

Nag-email na ako sa BPI and they acknowledged naman na it was their error kaya lang hindi na daw nila marereverse yung transaction since successfully pumasok sa PAL account ko yung miles.

Has anyone experienced something like this with BPI? What did you do? Yung 80,000 points balak ko sana gamitin sa ibang airline. May chance pa ba bumalik yung points ko since error naman nila?
