I want to build a compact pedalboard... I need some help!

I'm trying to build a compact allround pedalboard!

It has been a challenge because I do stuff that needs large range of gain stages.

For now, I am using

Tuner -> bd2(for low gain crunch) -> Timmy(for preamp! I like my clean to have a little break up) -> OCD (main overdrive) -> Friedman BEOD(Distortion) -> Russian Bigmuff nano (fuzz) -> spark booster (volume boost)

This is my overdrives for now.

Because I cant just bring around my own amp (I live in Korea and I go to practice and gig on foot using metro and buses...) I usually set amp very clean and flat and use my pedals to create my tone.

So my idea is that, just like using a cranked amp and using my volume knob(it has a treble bleed mode) to adjust gain from clean to main overdriven tone, Is there way I can simulate that with a pedal?

I would love a suggestion of pedal combination or signal chain!

Also I want to know if it is normal to loose volume as well when you clean up the overdriven tone to get clean tone...

Thanks for reading a long post and looking forward to getting great advices!!
