Need help with my new PSA AK5.56 M4 buffer tube adapter. Can other PSA representatives help me with my issue?

I need help me the representative who dealing my case misunderstood and unwilling to help.

I recently received a PSA AK-556 with a 13.7” barrel that is pinned and welded, a Soviet Arms 11.5” rail, and an M4 stock. However, the buffer tube adapter raises the M4 stock too high, making me unable to use the iron sights properly. No matter how I adjust the front sight with the adjustment tool or change the position of my shoulder and neck, I still cannot get a proper sights line up.

The representative gave his answer for my issue: “As far as the sights and the buttstock, there's not much we can do there, that buttstock and the iron sights are just part of the AK platform's design and there's not much to be done beyond aftermarket dust cover replacements to allow for a scope or optic to be attached.”

If I replace the factory AK iron sights with a side-rail mount and optic, or with a Texas Weapons Systems Dog Leg Rail and peep sight, it will cost me over $200.
Adding that to the $1,300 I already paid for the rifle brings the total to around $1,500.
I find it very unreasonable to buy an AK for $1,300 and then have to spend another $200+ on expensive replacement parts just to make the rifle function properly with the iron sights.

I asked him if I can get PARTIALLY refunded to cover the replacements. I get this weird reply from the representative:
“Sir, the sights can certainly be used, it's just a bit different than any regular M16A1/AR style iron sights. We didn't design the sights, Mr. Kalashkinov designed them, and for the time period they were designed in (and to this day still) they worked just fine for their intended military use.”

I completely had not compared AK to AR or talked shit about AK platform or Kalashkinov.

I think he may have misunderstood my situation and believes that I am trying to take advantage of the warranty policy. That is not my intention. I am simply trying to get help with a problem caused by the configuration of the rifle and find a reasonable solution.

I just hope PSA can either replace the buttstock system so I can properly use the lovely AK iron sights, or offer a partial refund so I can find another solution myself.
