Stabilizer problem

I purchased a iPad last year so I could start creating more digital art even when I'm not at home, however I travel pretty often by bus or car and occasionally by train, why is the stabilizer so terrible? Heck it's even shaky when I'm drawing with my iPad sitting on a stable desk/table.

I have it set to 100%, the same amount I have it set to via krita on my laptop, yet my lines are still shaky, I tried looking up tutorials online but there doesn't seem to be a solution.

Am I doing something wrong? I just wanna be able to create art when I'm traveling, it defeats the purpose of me having the iPad if I can't use it for the thing that I brought it for.

Can anyone help or offer an alternative free art app suggestion please?

I really hope krita creates a iPad version someday
