How is trans healthcare in Africa?

Specifically South Africa. Basically I met a guy 3 times my age on the 🚬 app and we both hate it here. He lives in Pretoria and wants me come with him when he goes back soon. I just need to be able to get t and I'm straight, is that possible there if you're broke? I haven't told my parents any of this, they pay for everything and wouldn't support me leaving. I forgot I don't have my passport either so I'll have to figure that out too.
