Anxiety about having a small penis

I have a penis that is 14.5 cm long and about 12.5 cm in circumference. I have struggled with this anxiety my whole life, and I still struggle with it today.

I was in a relationship with someone for several years, but after we broke up, I was left with even more insecurity. She cheated on me, and I genuinely believe she did it because of my penis size.

I keep hearing different opinions and perspectives, but I honestly believe that a bigger penis gives a woman more pleasure.

But this anxiety is destroying me. I'm trying to get used to living alone, but this anxiety is killing me. I don't think I'll ever approach or date a woman again because I feel like she would eventually leave me anyway because of my size, which I consider too small.

Has anyone actually managed to overcome this kind of anxiety? If so, how did you do it?
