Inquiry regarding Consulate Spain Manila Visa Requests

Hi everyone. So my host employer (HQP) in Spain already gave me the resolucion (residence and work authorization) for the preferential reseearch visa. Now, I only need to process the visa here in Manila; however, there’s next available slot is on November already.

I already emailed the consulate of Spain in Manila to make way for a slot in BLS, however, they are not replying in my original email and followups. I already tried calling their telephone numbers but no one answered.

Doea anyone have the similar experience with me? How did you approach this problem and what recommendations can you provide? Thank you very much
