Why to select so Many Finance candidates when you cannot bring Finance Roles in SIPa

Fed up with this shit of PCommers that they cannot bring enough finance roles in SIPs when they know there are enough candidates that have finance leaning profiles. I mean companies might be having a problem as past students might not have done good work in their SIPs. But I don't want to go into marketing or something. Fed up with this shit when I see different types of roles in finance being offered to other colleges in Tier 1 MBA colleges but not in mine Tier 1 MBA. Marketing image fucks
