Codewraps: Worst Company in Noida to Work in as an Employee

I recently quit my job after working there for about a year and a half as a content writer, and the entire exit experience has turned into a complete nightmare.

During my entire tenure, delayed salaries were standard practice. Per company policy, paydays were scheduled for the 10th of every month, but we routinely received our pay after the 15th—sometimes past the 20th—and only after repeatedly badgering the founders/management directly.

I had my last working day at the end of July. According to their rules, full and final clearance/July salary was supposed to be processed 45 days after the last working day (which meant on or before mid-September). It has now been well over 50 days, and they are completely withholding my final paycheck. I know for a fact several other ex-employees and current staff face the exact same payment delays.

A few days ago, I finally posted an honest review on Trustpilot detailing the delayed payments, mismanagement, and overall lack of professionalism. Instead of resolving the pending payout, management called me into the office, demanded I take the review down, and one of the founders explicitly threatened to serve me with a legal notice for exposing their practices.

The audacity to claim they don't have funds to pay employees their hard-earned money on time, yet threaten legal action over an honest review, is absurd.
