Is a 2010 Honda Accord LX with 125k miles for $5k a good buy?

I found a marketplace listing for a 2010 Accord LX with a little under 125k miles for $5000. It is a clean title and owner states oil changes have been done regularly (which obviously could be lying). Is it worth taking a look at?
