To those of you who got diagnosed after 25-30 - did you get enough support after your diagnosis?

In my country (Denmark), a lot of the support available is either for children or young adults under 25. If you get diagnosed after 25, there is really not much support available unless you are able to pay an insane amount of money for that help.

Is it the same in other countries? Did you feel like you got enough support after your diagnosis? If not, what kind of support would you have wanted?
