Climbing Mountain Toubkal

Hello all! I am curently in Marrakesh and want to go to mountain toubkal. It was spontanious, i didn t make any reservations. I called one refuge for tomorrow (climb on friday) but it s full, are there any tips of making it wourk out somehow? Thanks
