[Waiver Advice] Should I add Bryce Young after missing out on Tyler Shough, 10-team PPR

Was planning to grab Shough as a QB option but got beat to the wire, so now I'm looking at Bryce Young instead.

Backstory: I spent 18 FAAB on Justin Herbert as a streamer/bench QB and I'm already second-guessing that pickup. My starting QB is Caleb Williams, so anyone I add here would just be depth.

Is Young worth adding over holding Herbert, or should I just stick with what I've got and stop chasing the waiver wire?
