Am I behind on puberty at 14M?

Hey, I turned 14 last week and I’m really insecure about how I look. I’m the shortest in my class and still have a baby face. The only thing that’s changed since I was 11 is I’ve got a countable amount of hair down there.

Everyone says you’re supposed to start growing and changing a lot around this age, but I haven’t seen any of that. My friends are all getting taller and looking older and I feel stuck.

Did anyone else feel like they were way behind at 14? When did you guys start noticing real changes? It’s been messing with my head lately.
I can’t talk about this with anyone IRL because they might judge me if I get too interested about their bodies.

Any advice?
