Elliott Bay Red Robin?

Might be a silly question, but, as a local (Tacoma resident, Seattle employee) I haven’t been to the waterfront in a few years.
Today a family member from out of town was visiting and we were at Elliott Bay. She wanted to eat something non-seafood, and Red Robin seemed like the easiest place.
Did I miss it, or is it gone? When?
