New ATV app crashing on 4k playback

Hey,

I have an early 4k apple tv (maybe the first 4k one!) and when i watch this file it plays for like 2-4 minutes then plex crashes, I resume from where I was up to and then after a few more mins it happens again.

- 70.2 GB, 2h 20m, ~72 Mbps

- Video: 3840×2160 HEVC 10-bit, HDR10+DV, 23.976fps

- Audio: FLAC 7.1 (Eng, lossless), EAC3 5.1 + AC3 5.1 (Ita), AC3 2.0 commentary (Eng)

- Subs: Eng (SDH, forced), Ita (incl. forced)

Is there anyway I can report this to plex or tey and debug it myself? Maybe I need to re-encode or something?
