Random “auras” what should I do?

Pretty much I’ve been getting rising deja vue feelings. Most of the days I’ll go through without having one but then today I woke up and had a little one this morning and it happens everynow and again. Pretty much I had a seizure about 8ish months ago it was bad I was told, I’ve had auras before but this is the first and last seizure so far.

Now it’s just extremely random but it happens hardly enough to affect my life. I had one bad seizure but on the day I was at work hungry stress and dehydrated.

I’ve been to the Doctors they aren’t to sure, I’m on 50gx2 Lamotrigine a day.
