Coughing Sneezing in Public

Incredible how so many people are sneezing and coughing loudly in public now without masks or covering their noses and mouth.

It’s been over 20 years since I attended primary school and I still clearly remember in civics and moral education they teach us to cover our nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing in public.

Have they removed it from the school syllabus lately? Since when did they change the syllabus for the worse?
