18M be brutally honest

I was considering getting nose surgery to get a taller higher nose and I think getting one would really benefit my looks.

I go to the gym, am currently cutting weight very slowly(ik I'm at a healthy weight range but I still wanna get under 12 percent to maximise my face since getting leaner would mean less face fat), it seems I store a lot of fat on my face as my physique looks decently leaner than my face. Ive only ever gotten a proposal from a girl once, she was decently attractive while I myself have never tried. I keep my diet clean af, my heights currently 5'7 I'm hoping I'm a late grower and would grow to 9 atleast. Anyways that's a lot of yapping I'll post now.
