Going through a breakupp

Hy everyone🙃 hope your doing well!

I want to share my little story. I was togheter with this girl for 8 months. It was the first relationship for the both of us. She suddenly broke upp with me. I didn't saw it coming at all. I had a pannick attack when she broke upp with me and went to the hospital. Is this a normal reaction to a abrupt breakupp? 'It's my first one'

Note: I never had a pannick attack before.
