Sleep paralysis dream within dream

I don't even know how to describe it.

I just woke up from a really bad nightmare, inside it, there was one moment I was asleep in a room that looks like my real one (except the wall and the fact that there was a receptionist in the corner) , started dreaming within my dream and woke up conscious.

Couldn't move at all or make any sound ofc. Then I started hallucinating, it was freaking me out because the hallucinations were too real ( irl sleep paralysis I only see shadow figures and feel chocked, but in the nightmare I saw all kind of monsters).

I started screaming like crazy and woke up free from the paralysis.

Now this is where I don't know how to describe the feeling of my consciousness fading so the story of the dream keeps rolling, while I become a spectator and actually woke up in real life later.

Has anyone also experienced sleep paralysis inside a dream?
