Considering OE and career change

In short- moved into private security but the practices of unscrupulous agencies and the market has had its arse fall out, combined with the fuel market I’m currently doing nearly 1/3 of my wages in fuel alone.

I’m planning to take on 2 customer service roles which I’m 80% sure I’ll get, both are circa £25-27kPA
both fully remote and work from home.

I realistically want to take home 4k PM so I recognise I’ll have to take a few security shifts per month as well (self-employed).

Can anyone see any pitfalls or things I should be thinking about before I make the leap?

P.s.
now I’m in a genuinely happy relationship I suddenly see the benefit of working from home, seeing my mrs and spending time with her. WFH definitely the way I want to go. Not sure how else I can apply my skills in a WFH role, emergency services 15years, current dog handler.
