Need advice to start

As the title says, I want to join the race, however, my starting investment power is not that much, right now I have like 1k in BTC and 3K cash, with a monthly average of 1K I can put aside from my income to invest. I am just posting here for your advice and what should I do as first steps, not looking to turn 3 or 4k into 100k in a week, but I dont want to do it in 20 years either. Also not looking for emergency/saving accounts, those parts are covered already.
