Jal Customer care saying 60 day cooling off period for transferred miles. Help required

Hi all,
My jmb ac is more than 60 days old, and i want to transfer points to my jmb ac now for a redemption booking.

However, customer care told me that there is a 60 day cooling off period for transferred miles transaction as well. So if i transfer 10k miles to jmb as an example, i can use this 10k only after 60 days.

Is this true?
