I’m a Prague-based professional with around 3 years of experience in hotel operations, including about 1.5 years as a Shift Leader.

I’m currently looking to work with small businesses, startups and online companies that need someone who can help with day-to-day operations, customers, administration and digital tasks.

I’ve been actively learning UI/UX and web design in Figma and building my own digital projects. I’m particularly interested in combining operational/business experience with digital work.

For example, I’m currently building my own job-platform project, working on both the UI/UX in Figma and the functional website, including listings, search, filters and an admin interface.

I’m comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. I can also be useful when a business needs someone who can handle a mixture of operations + customer communication + digital tasks rather than hiring several separate people.
