[TOMT] Live Action Short Film About Moving Objects

Pending

I’m looking for a non-narrative short film approx. 5-15 minutes in length in which objects move back and forth between frames. They skip back and forth from one position to another. It's a kind of live action stop motion. Every ‘scene’ is a static angle of different rooms.

The following isn’t necessarily an exact description of what goes on but it’s close and should illustrate the concept: There’s a potted plant sitting in an empty room. It moves from the left side of the room to the right side between frames. Then between frames it skips back to its old position. It alternates between these two places. The rhythm changes for how much time passes between alternations. Then a similar setup with three objects on a table. One object moves skips back and forth between frames for a bit. Then it stays in place. Another object on the table moves between positions and then stops. The third does the same. Now they begin to move back and forth in concert. We see the same thing happen in another room with chairs at a dining table. I believe towards the ending something similar is done this time with the passage of the sun across the sky. I saw this short film online sometime in the past couple years. To be clear no motion is ever captured by the camera. It’s like the film is alternating between still photos. The illusion of movement is sometimes created when the short film rapidly cuts back and forth between images.

No people are ever seen. There are no characters and there is no dialogue or narration. I can’t remember if there’s any diegetic audio or music.
