How do I make friends here without partying?

I’m a freshman and I‘ve been having a lot of trouble making friends here because I don’t go out and party. it feels like I can’t become more than acquaintances with anyone if I don’t go party with them so idk what to do really. in high school I was able to make a lot of friends even though I’m probably slightly introverted or like in the middle of introverted and extroverted but I’ve made maybe one actual connection since I got here. Any advice?
