What is the best credit card?

I've had capital one for two years now. It's my first credit card and it was great at first. Now it takes nearly 50 dollars out every month since it's not paid off. It's stressing me out more than anything cause I cannot just pay it off since I was let go from work. It's stressing me out more than anything. It just keeps building up. Are there any credit cards that are better, don't take fees out every month? At this point I just want to pay it off and close the account but in the future I still want a credit card.
