Submitting a new claim for some overlooked issues.

I originally filed a claim in Oct 2024, all elements of my claim were completed in July of this year. End result was 80%. I have some other conditions that I had at the time, but didn't even register with me to file a claim for until I spoke with a nurse who specializes in toxic exposure, or presumptive conditions that I would have gotten since I was stationed in the Gulf. Question I have is, would I file a claim as a supplement to the closed claims (some of them are related to those) or would it be a new set of claims?
