looking for advice about sharhouses in tokyo! what should i do?

Hello everyone! Something very unfortunate just happened to me, and I am looking for advice.

My school dorm is completely shutting down at the end of this year, which is super shocking and sad for me. I currently pay 47,000 yen including utilities and live in Ikebukuro. I have until the end of the year to look for a place, but since my budget is extremely limited to 50,000 yen a month, I don't think I will actually find a good apartment in that range. Also, considering the very expensive move in fees in tokyo, it's just not worth it for me since I can't pay 250,000 yen just to move in.

So, I am looking into share houses. Even though utility fees can be high compared to living alone, I still think it's a good option. However, I am kind of scared about it since I've never tried one before (especially regarding cleanliness and loud people, which are things I really want to avoid.) Does anyone have experience with share houses? Would appreciate it if you could share your thoughts!
