20k in CC Debt, What to Do?

Hello! I got my first credit card a few months ago. I made many impulsive decisions and rode it up.

I pay the monthly minimum payment (~$600) and the balance doesn't move at all. I'm going to start investing $1,000 a month towards this debt payment.

My CC has a 29% APR. I want to move this debt to a low interest payment plan.

What have y'all successfully used? 🥺 Thank you!
