(No, this isn’t a WitheredsSeparate post, God forbid. I just took its picture because it looks fire)

Well, from what I see ToysDCI is overwhelmingly consensus, and the general explanation to how they possess it is because of their agony and because Toys were in the same building. But here’s the thing: Withereds *were also* in that building. So why would Agony just choose one set of animatronics and not others? Especially since one of them is much closer to Withereds than Toys.

I know what you might be saying. Withereds are already taken by DCI! Well, this is 2026 we’re living. We have all sorts of GoldenDuo, GoldenTrio, GoldenTriad, etc. etc. since Stitchwraith cut-and-clear showed us that multiple souls can possess the same animatronic. In our age, a spirit possessing the animatronic should not rule out another spirit possessing it too at all: they can share and make a room for both. So what prevents DCI and MCI just simply copossessing Withereds/Classics?

Another thing that one might use as a counterargument is that DCI are never mentioned inside of Classics and only MCI are, and DCI don’t appear out of Classics when they are dismantled in FM. However, we already have a popular ShatterVictim theory that has exact same issues and people seem to be fine with it, so why not with this too?

But hey! Is there any actual evidence for DCI being in Classics? Actually, yeah. If you believe that the masked fellas in Happiest Day are DCI, then one can argue it has always been the intention, since Toys were scrapped, but DCI remained through clinging to Classics/MCI which is why they are in the same party as them waiting in another room as guests. Another big evidence is none other than The Week Before. After Ralph distracts the animatronics by calling the backstage, it's picked up and children's laughing can be heard, leaving the message "*SAVETHEM*":

*"Static crackles on the line, and you hold your breath to listen closely. All you can hear are the faint echoes of children’s laughter. Then the line goes dead. The screen of your phone lights up with a message: SAVE THEM"* **- TWB, pg. 101**

And who is SAVETHEM? The Dead Children Incident kids, yup. (Also ain’t it neat that the argument used for NoDCI was subverted to argue that DCI possess Classics?)

And you know, this is less of an actual argument and more of a fun thing: one thing I always hear against GoldenVictim is that BV will be lonely and him having a roommate-friend in form of Cassidy inside of GF is much better. Well, isn’t it much better if MCI kids were not lonely in their individual suits and had DCI as roommate-friends? :D

Overall, this is kind of a "why not" idea that popped my mind just recently, so decided to share it. Imo, given how we currently accept ToysDCI, this idea would make sense and be consistent with its logic. So yeah, feel free to share your thoughts on this.

Why can’t DCI possess Withereds/Classics?
