Should I pull for Ashveil first?

Hello! Please help, I just came back to playing after a few months with only E0S1 Cipher for my E1S1 Acheron (will defo get her E2 asap because she's my fav). I originally wanted to just save for Mblade, but since Ashveil is running now, is it worth it to try and get him first?

The team that I've been using is Acheron, Cipher, Sunday and DHPT. 😭 I also have Lingsha, I don't have Tribbie or Sparkle. Thanks in advance!!
