Skin Removal Surgery - Tips

Hello guys! I hope you are all doing well. I would like to ask for some advice. I lost 80kg, so I currently have around 95kg (+- 3kg). I couldn’t lose the last 5 for the life of me, and then I was told that I have around 10kg of loose skin, and that my body structure is actually normal and healthy. Since it is hurting me and causing infections, I got approved for the skin removal, and it is already in two months! Do you maybe have any advice how to prepare the best? What to pack for the hospital stay?
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
