How can I have 20/20 vision but still feel like things are blurry?

Lately I’ve noticed that my vision just doesn’t feel as clear as it used to, especially when I’m outside. I have trouble reading road signs when I’m walking or driving, and I can still read subtitles on TV but I have to really focus on them to make them out. I’ve never had this problem before, so I started thinking maybe I was becoming nearsighted. I do wear glasses sometimes, but they’re just non prescription glasses for the look, so they don’t actually correct my vision.

I went to get my eyes checked and somehow I was able to read the 20/20 line just fine. The optometrist told me I don’t have myopia and that my vision is completely normal. I know 20/20 is supposed to be good, but I’m pretty sure things look less clear than they used to. Is it possible to have 20/20 vision and still have some kind of blurry or less sharp vision in everyday life? I’m kinda confused.
