Has anyone done regression testing for power bi reports?

I want to understand how people are testing the reports after making any changes. How do you verify that nothing else in the report has been affected?

I mainly want to compare old and new versions of the same report and see if any visuals, Dax, filters or anything changed unexpectedly. Im curious if people do this manually or if this can be automated using any APIs, xmla or dax queries.
