I’m 28. Indian. Married only a month. Getting into this college in the UK was my father’s last wish. My husband knew how much it meant to me. We were friends first. He supported me fully. Then his visa got denied because of some stupid thing from his past. So I came alone.

I found a shared house with another Indian girl. She is 22. Younger than me but so much more confident and free. The first weeks were quiet. We talked. I settled in. Then she started bringing guys home. Often.
