I've been caught between voyeurism and exhibitionism for years

Hey everyone, this is my first time sharing this with anyone.

I recently realized something about myself: I'm a voyeur. I love watching people, catching glimpses of things I probably shouldn't see. And at the same time, I'm also an exhibitionist. Not the street kind, just within my own space. I leave my curtains open, walk around in barely-there underwear or sometimes completely nude, and honestly? There's a thrill in knowing my neighbors might be watching.

I just moved into a new apartment and I've been living it out to the fullest. Turn off all the lights, stand right by my window, and watch my neighbors go about their lives. It's become sort of ritualistic for me.

This feels like a real confession. I've never told anyone about this. Does this make me a pervert? Or am I just... exploring parts of myself that society doesn't exactly celebrate?
