Employee score reveal

My understanding is that the employees scores are not public so as to not discourage people. I actually want to see what is possible and who has the highest score. Does anyone have a workaround? For me and my friends this would be an actual motivation to play more. Also, Activate could use this as a marketing tool - "Beat our staff's score on a game/level/total and get a badge or bonus or whatever".
