Can I use a Provisional Degree Certificate from DigiLocker if my college hasn't provided the hard copy yet?

Hi everyone,

I recently completed my degree, but my college hasn't provided me with the physical/hard copy of the Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) yet.

However, my Provisional Degree Certificate is available on DigiLocker. I need to submit it for admission/document verification.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Is the DigiLocker PDC acceptable in place of the physical PDC?
2. Since it is digitally issued/verified, does it need to be attested?
3. If attestation is required, can it be done by the college principal, or can a Gazetted Officer attest it?

I would really appreciate it if anyone who has actually gone through this process could share their experience.

Thanks!
