any advice for a 16T league (snake w/out 3RR) roto?

playing in a massive 16 team league ROTO snake draft without 3rd round reversal. any advice?

I know its basically like the lottery based on if I can get a top 4 pick.

but, any fliers I should take? deeper sleepers? Should I take on riskier players like kawhi, kyrie, etc. given there are 13 other competing teams and chances of being top are lower?

appreciate any advice/ draft strategy for deeper leagues...
