Iam not familiar with the appeals process in the USA and i have a question ?

I watched the arguments yesterday and i have few questions ..

1. at least one judge looked as if she had concerns over how RA was placed in solitary confinement

2. lack of witness directly identifying and lack of DNA was also discussed

3. the admissibility of the confessions was also discussed

What do you guys think will happen next ? Will RA get a new trail or will the court uphold his conviction
