WFH from hometown instead of base location

Is it okay for people in Accenture to WFH from their hometown instead of base location while attending office according to their project need like 1 day WFO and rest 4 days WFH from hometown rather than base location . And if yes it's there any distance criteria beyond which its not applicable?
