Trying to understand experiences people describe as “gangstalking” and the terminology around them
I’m posting this because I’m trying to document several experiences without jumping to the conclusion that they are connected or intentional. I’d appreciate grounded feedback, especially from people who have dealt with stress, sleep problems, medical issues, or similar perceptions.
Things I’ve noticed
• Glass shards and nails appeared in my garden.
• People often cough or clear their throats loudly near me.
• People sometimes say words that relate to things I recently thought about, searched for, or discussed.
• Cars have parked outside my house for about five minutes and then left.
• My back gate was opened, allowing my dog to get out.
• Air has been let out of my tires.
• In hospital, a patient mouthed, “Are you okay?” at me.
• I sometimes arrive somewhere empty and then several people arrive soon afterward.
• Cars have pulled up beside me, idled with their windows closed, and later driven away.
• After sleeping in hospital, I woke with bruises on my arms and was concerned I had received unknown injections.
• I frequently notice vehicles with one headlight out following or passing me.
• A doctor confirmed that the inside of my ears were bloody at the hospital.
• I repeatedly notice times such as 11:11, 12:12, 12:34, 1:17, and 000.
• Trash has been left near my house, sidewalk, and driveway.
• I received suspicious calls asking for personal information and credit-card details.
• I’ve seen the same people at unrelated locations.
• I met multiple people who said they had a brain chip, were being watched, and were being poisoned.
• Things sometimes go wrong at moments that feel deliberately designed to upset me.
• Cars have honked at me unexpectedly, and people have yelled from cars while I was walking or driving normally.
• Several people have mentioned “acting” around me, including at a psychiatrist’s office.
• Electronics seem to malfunction around me, and my phone battery drains unusually fast.
• I once had a vivid vision of a white dove flying toward the ceiling of my church.
Questions
1. Which of these could have ordinary explanations, such as coincidence, faulty equipment, stress, sleep disruption, or medical conditions?
2. What is the best way to document events objectively—dates, photos, witnesses, receipts, medical records, or something else?
3. Are terms such as gangstalking, street theater, directed conversation, electronic harassment, V2K, and targeted individual recognized clinical or legal terms, or mainly internet-community terminology?
4. How can someone distinguish genuine safety issues—such as vandalism, stalking, or tampering—from patterns that may only feel connected?
5. What kind of professional support would be appropriate without dismissing the experiences?
I’m not asking people to confirm a conspiracy. I’m looking for practical, evidence-based ways to assess what is happening and stay safe. I’m especially concerned about the reported bleeding, bruising, possible tire or property damage, and anything that can be independently verified.
